PROJECT DESCRIPTION

CreativeConnection facilitated three focus groups with the objective of gaining insight into how Ogilvy employees felt about David Ogilvy (founder of the business) and Ogilvy culture. We explored the current culture and how it manifested itself in the Ogilvy offices at Canary Wharf and Paddington. We then thought about how the Ogilvy culture might look, feel and be experienced in a new building the agency plans to move to. CreativeConnection drew ideas from the three groups and created Visual Minutes in each session. Following the sessions, we produced three Visual Summary Boards and supplied comprehensive typed notes on findings.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

Delivering core data capture and data analysis from employee facilitated workshops
  • On-site data capture and monitoring
  • deeper level interaction with employees
  • High-level workshops and primary research
  • Staff training through Metavisioning
  • Deliver something new and unique internal change management processes
  • Provide follow up materials with analysis results

WHAT WE DID

CreativeConnection facilitated three focus groups with the objective of gaining insight into how Ogilvy employees felt about David Ogilvy and Ogilvy culture.

RESULT

Using Transformative Narrative and Metavisioning principles we were able to capture and analyse primary data in order to give Ogilvy a true representation of findings. A company change culture programme was initiated as a result. 'Ogilvy displayed the Visual Minutes and the Summary Boards at a Group Board Away Day and then in the offices as part of an employee engagement programme running up to the agency move. CreativeConnection brings the perfect balance of facilitation and illustration. Tim & Vicky bring the room to life with their energy and the team’s ideas to life with their creativity. The assets produced accurately portray and dramatise the thinking as it happens in real time, which is then complemented with a robust write up and accompanying notes. A real pleasure to work with and a real delight to surprise your clients with!' Jez Groom, Group Chief Strategy Officer at Ogilvy & Mather UK & Director of Ogilvy Change
