The Evolution of CreativeConnection

The story so far

CreativeConnection has evolved since the early 1980's. Staring off as a sole trader and evolving into a large PLC it has seen significant change and growth. The initial dream of Tim and Jeni was to develop a consultancy with a difference and this then grew into a creative company with an impact. Over the years CC has worked with over 3000 clients and branched out into France and Canada. As well as consultancy and coaching, CC also now has a animation and production arm, a digital design and development arm and a digital marketing and social media strategy arm.

START WITH A SMALL CONSULTANCY SERVICE

In the early 1980's Tim set off to change the world one company at a time. He started CreativeConnection as small consultancy company working and soon met Jeninifer Latrobe who went on to develop CreativeConnection Canada.

VISUAL MINUTES IS BORN

Realizing the potential of merging artists into the workplace, Tim started to develop Visual Minutes, a process in which artists visualize key messages from essential conversations. The business world loved this initiative and visual minutes or scribing is a regular feature in the corporate platform.

THE BUSINESS GROWS SIGNIFICANTLY

Joined my Jessica Simpson and Dann Casswell the business developed into a multi communications agency offering film and animation production as well as digital design and social media marketing. Consultancy was moving into a digital age and we had to move with it. The company went from 5 employees to over 30!

METAVISIONING IS BORN

After many years of working with over 3000 clients Tim and Jennifer developed the concept of Metavisioning. This quickly became the backbone of CC growth and is now at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking forward in introducing and growing Metavisioning concepts with our clients and the corporate environment.
