James is heavily addicted to drawing and can regularly be seen abusing himself with pencils, pens or whatever is at hand. No surface is safe from his inane doodles. What's worse, he is also an animator, so can make these drawings move and come alive to haunt your mind. Please help.

Here's a question. how can I work and play with you? Is it possible? Any idea is a good idea. Is it possible we include the bad egg, black sheep, rotten apple? We already know that person who will trample on the wedding cake and spill the tea, but plans only work when everyone is included. The only people are the people in the room, can we do this together?

I am a creative, independent individual with a list for life. I enjoy learning and aplying new skills, and exploring the usefulness of art. I am also excited and inspired by working with a talented, creative team like CC.

Ed is a London based sculptor. His work focuses on human and animal forms modelled in clay. He has exhibited with the Curwen Gallery and The Society of Portrait Sculptors. Lucky for us he is also an exceptional artist.

Holly is an exceptional artist and Mother with a style all her own. She ads a great deal of value to client projects and to our team overall.

Vicky has worked in the Creative Sector as a Producer and Artist for 16 years. She has worked with: Southbank Centre; Eden Project; Cape Farewell; British Council; BBC; Sadler's Wells; and through these and other organisations has engaged with a wide range of clients including museums, arts centres, universities, publishers and banks.

Tim is the Founder of CreativeConnection as well as one of the directors, facilitators and artists. Tim's mission is for all organisations to have some element of creativity and art embedded within their culture.

I have worked as part of the busy creative industry of London for many years, splitting my time between my own Illustration business, and working for one of the top visualisation companies in the country (CC). I joined CreativeConnection back in 2010 and count myself as very fortunate to be able to work alongside such diverse and charismatic group of people.

Kirsti is an old school visual minuter, having constructively doodled on walls for almost 8 years.  Personal favourites of hers are recording for community, arts, environmental and social innovations. She's especially interested in projects that combine all of the above, which is why she also works for the Eden Project in Cornwall when she's not visual minuting.

Drawing has always been a pleasure, particularly capturing individuals, trying to really understand people. Art has the power to inform, reform, inspire and empower. 

Jessica is a great writer and has really captured the art of listening. Jessica recently spent 3 weeks on a train with a group of Entrepreneurs in India capturing Visual Minutes from discussions on board. This is the type of training we put our artists through and Jess did an excellent job.

Originally I studied Theatre design and then trained myself to be a freelance illustrator. I've always loved drawing and being free to take a line for a walk. I like comedy and surrealism and a smile-in-the-mind approach to recording the world around us

Creative people are soul driven and we are in the business of hope, we are all fundamentally hopeful people. We are driven to do what we love because our work gives so much light to a world that is ready to receive it. I don’t think I ever became an artist it was more something that just existed and evolved.

Karen is one of our artists facilitators Karen's focus is on facilitating positive change for people through enterprise, innovation and communication. Her approach is creative, enterprising and engaging, using facilitation, dialogue and visual illustration to help clients and collaborators to explore, envision and effect change. 

I am an Italian in London a graduate of the Instituto Europeo di Design in Rome. I draw portraits and illustrations. I love visualising background stories, narrative portraits. projects that explore creativity, understanding, leadership, identity, attitudes, behaviours and exploring something different every day.

I studied Illustration on the mean streets of Falmouth, Cornwall, and currently live in Bristol. I love finding the balance in art between clear communication and self expression, and continue to explore what I can do whenever possible.

At CC we don't really believe in titles, but if I had to say what I do it would be that I am one of the Company Directors as well as the Client and Marketing Director.  I have over 15 years experience in both business and Marketing roles and often lecture in Marketing and Business at my local Universities (which I love). However my main joy in life is my four beautiful girls Lily, Ruby and my twins Allegra and Olivia and of course my amazing husband Paul! My self portrait was drawn by Lily a budding visual minutes artist in the making.

Arianna is one of our multi skilled members of the team. She is an amazing artist, Tim's  PA, a part of the back end support team and also one of our Client Managers.

Chris is the Managing Partner for Creative Connection in Canada. He is focussed on "the theatre of action" in business, and most interested in the interactions and collaborations that help people and organizations reach their potential

I am the Managing Director of CreativeConnection Madrid. As visual facilitators we channel whatever is present onto the mural we create, and, are even lucky enough at times to capture and channel the bigger picture of what wants to happen in a greater sense. And for me the colours and images really begin to speak and express from those talking in the meeting we write and draw, which is where the whole team in the company begins to draw out the learning and possibility of what wants to happen next, shifting the perspective from simple problem solving to the creation of a whole new way of looking at an issue or challenge.

I am the co-founder of CreativeConnection and the Managing Director of CC Canada. I have been focussed on helping organizations and individuals reap the benefits of living a narrative that aligns culture with strategy.
