| Vanessa Smith I am the Managing Director of CreativeConnection Madrid. As visual facilitators we channel whatever is present onto the mural we create, and, are even lucky enough at times to capture and channel the bigger picture of what wants to happen in a greater sense. And for me the colours and images really begin to speak and express from those talking in the meeting we write and draw, which is where the whole team in the company begins to draw out the learning and possibility of what wants to happen next, shifting the perspective from simple problem solving to the creation of a whole new way of looking at an issue or challenge. |
