Team and individual coaching is an area of our work that we love. Our approach and style to coaching is again unique in that we don't have a solution. The solutions are created by the team and the individuals who are being coached. All CreativeConnection Artists are also skilled facilitators and actively engage with members of staff at all levels. The power of Coaching: The single and most underestimated waste of time and energy in all human endeavors is dysfunctional working relationships. Through coaching our consultants reveal the way that groups work themselves into intractable situations and confrontation, and how they can see their way out. Recollecting exercises enable the group to analyze symptoms, and underlying contradictions, in their situation and to recognise how change can be effortless, immediate, and remarkably powerful.

Coaching in the corporate context: In the UK corporate coaching has only recently become a recognised concept. However it has rapidly caught the imagination of senior executives, top level managers, and key players, who use coaches to refine leadership and team skills. Less satisfied with off-the-shelf development programs, many are preferring to invest in this specialised individual focus, which can prove to be less costly, less time consuming, and yield more powerful and resilient results. 

The executive coaching process: There is no standard curriculum or agenda. The first step in the coaching process is the negotiation of goals, and from these goals content, frequency, structure and content of sessions is worked out.
